Set up the R&D center - LILLIPUT Optoelectronics Technology Institute - focusing on the R&D of Embedded Computer and related "Peripheral Technologies".

1995

Started focusing on LCD display technology and becoming the precursor in Chinese Mini LCD industry; launched the product line of mini LCD monitors under the brand name "LILLIPUT".

"GOLDEN SUN Electronic" - the predecessor of LILLIPUT - was founded.

After-sales Service

LILLIPUT always makes efforts to improve the pre-sales and after-sales services and market exploration. The product sales volume and market share get increase year by year since its establishment in 1993. The company holds the principle of "Think ahead always!" and the operating concept of "high quality for good credit and excellent services for market exploration”

Products bought from Lilliput, we promise to provide one (1) year free repair service. Lilliput warrants its products against defects (excluding physical damage to the product) in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. Beyond the warranty period such services shall be charged in Lilliput’s price list.

If you need to return products to Lilliput for servicing or troubleshooting. Before you send any product to Lilliput, you should e-mail us, telephone us or fax us and wait for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

If returned products (within warranty period) are either stopped production or have difficulty in repairing, Lilliput will consider a replacement or other solutions, which shall be negotiated by both parties.
